About CUES
Our mission is to educate and develop credit union CEOs, executives, directors and future leaders. We measure our success one leader at a time. CUES (Credit Union Executives Society) was founded in 1962 on the firmly held principle of “cooperation among cooperatives” not only for credit unions but also for CU managers. Since our start, we’ve grown into an organization dedicated to providing credit union professionals, directors and suppliers the resources they need to reach their greatest potential. Our passion is being the trusted, single source for our members’ professional development needs. More than experiences, we create powerful relationships. From our small, yet mighty, staff to an expansive leadership network, we facilitate connections that provide invaluable support throughout our members’ leadership journey.
About Currency Marketing
Founded in 1990, Currency Marketing is the leading credit union-focused financial education firm. The It’s a Money Thing Financial Education Program helps credit unions attract, educate and inspire young adult members, and provides education and financial training for members and staff. In addition, Currency Marketing partners with CUES to manage the CUES Emerge program aimed at celebrating the best emerging credit union leaders and their ideas.
About Envision Excellence
Envision Excellence is a leadership consulting firm that provides leadership development programs for managers and executives, keynote speeches, team building and leadership assessments. Laurie Maddalena is a sought-after keynote speaker and leadership trainer known for her engaging, impactful sessions that not only leave audiences inspired, but spur them into action. Desiree Musselman is a leadership coach and professional trainer who works with new and mid-level leadership. She has designed full leadership development programs for existing and upcoming leaders focusing on soft skills, including emotional intelligence, communication skills, team dynamics and work/life integration. Envision Excellence will be providing executive coaching to our winner and runners up.
