Credit Unions can develop a value-added service using existing staff resources to walk alongside non-profit organizations to help them develop skills beyond financial wellness. This includes training in strategic planning, marketing, hiring, leadership, compliance, and others. To deliver impact to our community, we can maximize the investments we have made for our own staff in certifications, tools, and professional development to help non-profit organizations deploy these tools at a better scale. This is a differentiation growth strategy which can create brand awareness and loyalty from all walks of life, ranging from established community advocates to young citizens.
