Southeast #3: Jeff Kunberger

Jeff Kunberger is a 33-year-old Service Center Manager with Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union ($5B) in Tampa, Florida.

Synopsis: My project is to open Suncoast's first Student Run Branch at a college or university. The Student Run Branch would be on the campus of Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). All FGCU faculty and staff fall in to Suncoast's field of membership, and their student population is one of our SEGs. 

The current (12,000 Students/Faculty/Staff) and potential membership base (2,000 new students each year) make FGCU one of Suncoast’s most promising areas for growth and development in our region.

By continuing to build and grow our relationship with Florida Gulf Coast University, we have the ability to become a part of their campus culture. With over 12,000 potential members ensconced in a geographically isolated area, convenient access to an on campus Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union branch would be the toehold for becoming the Primary Financial Institution for the Florida Gulf Coast University Community.
