Southeast #2: Ronaldo Hardy

Ronaldo Hardy is a 26-year-old Branch Coordinator with La Capitol Federal Credit Union ($400M) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Synopsis: In an effort to bring the Gen Y generation into the credit union world, we have decided to create a Gen Y Task Force. The purpose of our task force is to develop products and services for our generation. There are many recommendations on this topic, but we thought that it would be nice to hear directly from Gen Y'ers on what they want from us.

I will be serving as the chairperson for this project, along with four other Gen Y'ers in our credit union with forward thinking abilities. We are already in the process of creating an innovative checking account, and a loan program for our generation.
