Southeast #1: David Tuyo II

David Tuyo II is a 31-year-old Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer with Pen Air Federal Credit Union ($1B) in Pensacola, Florida.

Synopsis: The project is transitioning an order taking institution into a sales based organization. The project will show any wins or set backs we may have as well as updating the progress of a four step plan. First, we will address the skill set of our team members through training, remove the fear of "sales" through education, implement a relationship rewards program for our membership, and structure a comprehensive incentive program for our team members. I look forward to sharing this project with the Credit Union movement as CUES' Next Top CU Executive.
