Midwest #8: Annie Osmer

Annie Osmer is a 28-year-old Manager of Sales and Service with E&A Credit Union ($230M) in Port Huron, Michigan.

Synopsis: Hi, I am Annie Osmer, Manager of Sales and Service for E&A Credit Union. I have the joy of coming to work everyday knowing that I can make a difference by coaching my staff and improving our member's lives.

I am currently the project leader for our new account opening process. Our team's goal is to reduce our process time by 30%. This will allow us to spend more time interviewing our member and getting to know them and less time processing information.
