Midwest #6: Taylor Murray

Taylor Murray is a 28-year-old Manager II, Business Development and Service Center Operations with Baxter Credit Union ($1.4B) in Vernon Hills, Illinois.

Synopsis: Being part of an innovative credit union like BCU, there is always opportunities to grow and develop. About 8 months ago, I took on the responsibility of managing one of our larger branches that is currently not profitable and to it around. The plan on paper seems quite simple, now that the ground work has been laid out over the past 8 months it's now time to flick the switch and pull the right handles.  Over the next few months I will update you with the progress I am making and hopefully that will prove to everyone why I am the next CUES Credit Union Executive!
