Synopsis: My project is to create a Young Leader Network inside my Credit Union. There are several reasons why I wanted to start this, with the main reason being to assist other young leaders in receiving new opportunities to gain additional knowledge, experience, and confidence in various areas inside and outside our Credit Union. This will not only give our young leaders a sense of ownership and responsibility to our Credit Union, but will also allow our Credit Union to foster, grow, and retain these key individuals.
