At Erie FCU, we put our member’s requests first and accommodate their financial needs quickly and easily with personal service.
But how do we get there? We need to have a strong and outgoing staff to deliver the best member service possible while strengthening our member’s financial future. We use metrics and analytics to provide the best possible products and services we have available while using a robust MRM tool to communicate among staff and members. We engage with our staff with hosting events such as our Cultural Event and Holiday Gala. Hosting such events help boost the overall morale of staff and this ultimately reflects on better member service.
It takes a blend of all of our marketing strategies in order to satisfy our member’s requests and helps strengthen our member relationships.
Erie FCU also recognizes individual successes and we promote our efforts to staff and members.
