Synopsis: This current project is aimed to engage our staff in the credit unions social media. By engaging our staff we anticipate improvements in participation and reach. Until recently our staff did not have internet access at work.
To celebrate being awarded Credit Union of the Year, internet access has been enabled and the celebrations will move onto our social media platforms through the staff engagement campaign.
Staff will be asked to share their 'Booyah!' moment via Facebook, the moment which has the greatest reach will win one of our weekly prizes. We envisage with improvements in staff engagement this will make targeting members more effective in the future.
