Synopsis: The objective of my project is to implement an Enterprise Social Network at WSECU. Using a social media tool will allow multiple-way communication across the credit union which has over 500 employees in 17 branches and the corporate location. It will foster professional conversations around innovation, collaboration, and public recognition. Leaders can find talent within the organization. Employees can also post on personal topics such as sharing family photos and vacation stories.
A social network will benefit WSECU by encouraging sharing, capturing institutional knowledge, enabling action, and empowering employees – all leading to even more employee engagement.
