My project consists of the development and execution of a 4 step training program for employees designed around the work CARE. Cooperative, Attitude, Respect and Excellence. Over the next few months we will be laying the ground work for this program by choosing specific classes and educational documents that will fit into each of the 4 categories. We will give all employees an anonymous survey of the knowledge they currently have regarding these topics and then again when the training course is completed to measure the results. We will also be using the best understood topics of this program to put together a 3-5 minute video to be shown to all new members. The purpose of this video will be to share what the purpose of a credit union is, where and how the Credit Union Movement started, and the difference that we make in the lives of our members and our communities.
